At Oliver Wyman, we are proud of the values that we aspire to live by. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.

What you will do

As a member of your project team, you'll work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.

  • You'll help teams understand client challenges by conducting research, gathering data, running surveys and interviews, and turning information into clear insights.
  • You'll analyze problems, identify patterns, test hypotheses, and help structure recommendations that support client decision-making.
  • You'll contribute to client-ready deliverables, including presentations, analyses, workshops, and discussions that help move projects forward.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work across our industries and capabilities, with the flexibility to specialize early or explore different areas before choosing a path.
  • You'll likely have the chance to travel within your home market and internationally. No two weeks are ever the same.
  • You'll build core consulting skills from the start, including how to structure your work, communicate clearly, contribute to team problem-solving, and manage your priorities.
Why join us?
You can be your best here.

At Oliver Wyman, you will find meaningful work, talented people, and a culture built on trust, support, and growth.

Create solutions that have impact
  • Work on challenging projects that help clients solve complex problems, make better decisions, and create meaningful impact.
  • Have the opportunity to work across different industries, capabilities, and cultures, contributing to work that has lasting impact for clients, industries, and society.
  • Be part of teams that measure success not just by deliverables, but by the difference created together.
Develop as a leader
  • From day one, be encouraged to take initiative, ask questions, and bring your perspective to the work.
  • Learn how to structure problems, communicate clearly, and contribute to team discussions and client conversations.
  • As you grow, you'll have opportunities to build confidence, take on more responsibility, and develop the skills to unlock the potential of others.
Learn and grow without limits
  • Learn on the job and through formal training, developing core skills in communication, presentation, analytics, problem-solving, and client management.
  • Each project will give you new opportunities to learn from specialists, broaden your perspective, and build momentum in your career.
  • You'll have support around you as you grow, including a dedicated buddy, a career advisor, your talent manager, and communities that help you find your place.
Thrive in a vibrant and inclusive culture
  • Work with genuine colleagues who stand by their beliefs, collaborate across differences, and support one another.
  • Be part of an open, inclusive, and down-to-earth culture where diverse perspectives strengthen the work.
  • Connect with colleagues through employee resource groups, office communities, and social activities.
Experience rewards that work for you
  • We believe in flexibility, including hybrid working, and in helping colleagues build sustainable careers.
  • Over time, you'll have access to opportunities, programs, and experiences designed to help you perform, grow, and thrive - including non-profit fellowships, sabbaticals, and externships.
  • Enjoy competitive local benefits designed to support your well-being, development, and life outside of work.
Who can apply?
  • Applicants with a Bachelor's or Master's degree only are eligible to apply for this vacancy.
  • Prior internships in consulting-relevant environments (other consultancies, in-house consultancies, or in industries we advise such as banking and financial services, private equity, transportation, etc.).
  • We look for people who display initiative, intuition, and creativity with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. We do not require specific academic majors or industry experience; we value diversity of experience and skills, extracurricular activities, and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of your studies.
  • Language skills: business fluency in German and English.
