A creative tech company in Berlin is seeking a part-time Operations Team member to manage office tasks and coordinate team events. The ideal candidate is a natural organizer with great communication skills in both German and English, and a proactive attitude. Working hours are flexible, approximately 15 hours a week, in a friendly and creative environment.
You’ll be the heart of our Berlin office and a key part of our team culture.
From organizing our workspace to coordinating our team gatherings, you’ll make sure that the Skoove experience extends beyond the screen.

As part of our Operations Team, you’ll take care of bothoffice managementandteam event coordination:
Office Management (approx. 60%)
Keep the office space functional, stocked, and welcoming.
Manage deliveries, office supplies, and contact with service providers.
Support internal communications and assist the team with small administrative tasks.
Maintain a positive atmosphere and make the office a place where people love to work.
Oversee the budget for team events, IT equipment and office supplies
Purchase IT and office supplies. Manage repairs.
Team Events (approx. 40%)
You plan and organize team gatherings (summer party, yearly company offsite, christmas party, etc.).
Coordinate the planning with CEO, HR, and external suppliers and support execution on-site
You’re a natural organizer with a hands‑on attitude and great attention to detail.
You’re proactive, reliable, and enjoy helping others.
You bring a positive spirit and have great communication skills (German & English).
You’re comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
You enjoy to fix things in the office hands on
Experience in office work, hospitality, or event coordination is a plus but not required
A flexible part‑time role (approx. 15 hrs/week).
