A leading electronics supply chain platform headquartered in Munich is seeking an Office Operations Manager. In this role, you will manage the travel desk, handle office equipment, and support executive leadership. The ideal candidate should be natively fluent in German and proficient in English, with strong organizational skills. This position offers the chance to elevate operations and create a conducive workspace for productive teamwork while enjoying working in a remote-first environment.

As Office Operations Manager, you will play a central role in keeping our operations smooth, reliable, and delightful.
You will be the backbone of our Munich office, help us develop our new locations in Berlin and New York, and create a workspace in which Luminerds can do their best work.
In this role, you take ownership of a broad variety of operational, organizational, and administrative tasks. You don’t just keep things running — you elevate them.

However, due to the nature of this particular role, you must be natively fluent in 🇩🇪 German and very strong in 🇬🇧 English and you need to have a driver’s license (Klasse B oder höher).
