Job Description

Fanatics Collectibles is hiring an experienced and proactive Office Manager to support the operational efficiency of our Frankfurt office. This role requires a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset with a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude to ensure a productive and efficient workplace. This is a full‑time role, in the designated office 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administration
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, deliveries, liaising with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
People & Culture Support
  • Act as the first point of contact for office‑related queries and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have everything they need for a smooth start.
  • Support office events, celebrations, and team‑building activities.
Health & Safety Compliance
  • Ensure the office adheres to health and safety regulations, conducting regular checks and risk assessments.
  • Act as the designated contact for fire safety and first‑aid procedures.
IT & Facilities Coordination
  • Work closely with IT and external providers to ensure smooth tech operations in the office.
  • Manage access control, security passes, and office space planning.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar role within a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
  • Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management tools.
