Join a global boutique investment firm at the heart of Frankfurt’s financial district. We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager & Events Coordinator to take ownership of the Frankfurt office operations, arrange internal & external events, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment.

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or hybrid Executive Assistant & Office Manager now wishing to focus on office related tasks
  • Background in financial services or professional services
  • Fluent German and advanced English (both essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong Microsoft and reporting skills
  • A structured, solution‑oriented mindset with attention to detail
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Office Management
  • Take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the office
  • Ensure clear communication to the wider business on all office related matters
  • Support budgeting and cost analysis for office-related expenses
  • Responsibility for health & safety compliance, first‑aid and fire safety
  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including contract renewals
  • Handle insurance policies
  • Ownership for functionality and facilities
  • Act as a go‑to person for internal queries and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Lead office-related projects and ensure timely delivery
Events Coordination
  • Organise office events and support international company‑wide gatherings
  • Coordinate logistics for investor events, team off‑sites, and seasonal celebrations
