Job Summary

Managing all reception tasks and general office administration - 1st face at our location

Main contact person for all events that are organized on site (trainings, external / internal visits, customer visits etc) including catering, bookings, room set-up

Purchasing office supplies / catering / employee engagement related products and services

Calendar / room management

Site communication

Initiate local and adopt Global Corporate Social Responsibility activities

Travel bookings and expense administration

Budget responsibility for CSR and Office management cost centers
