  • Drive automation initiatives to enable self‑service and build an unified platform experience
  • Collaborate closely with product teams, SREs, and other engineering groups to integrate observability best practices into development and operational workflows
  • Become an active contributor in our observability community by sharing expertise, facilitating workshops, and promoting observability literacy across the group
  • Develop automations and self‑service capabilities by thinking AI‑first that empower teams to adopt and extend observability solutions independently
  • Lead the evolution of observability standards and guidelines with AI capabilities, working in alignment with product owners and technology leads
  • Foster a proactive community culture around monitoring and observability by organising knowledge exchange sessions, webinars, and documentation of best practises

  • Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Application Engineering, or a similar role with strong focus on observability platforms and automation
  • Deep understanding of monitoring and observability concepts, tools, and ecosystems (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to engage and coach diverse teams and stakeholders across an enterprise environment
  • Passion for solving complex problems with scalable, automated solutions and a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Experience in cloud‑native environments and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) is highly desirable
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a distinct advantage
  • Service‑oriented, collaborative, and proactive personality with a “Swiss knife” versatility to adapt to different challenges and contribute across multiple domains
Benefits – smart & useful
  • Enjoy flexibility: You can combine coming to the office and working from home flexibly. It’s even possible to go on workation for up to 20 days per year within Europe.

  • Get connected: Take the opportunity to engage in our Digital Empowerment Communities for collaboration, learning, and network building.
  • Recharge your battery: You have 30 days of paid vacation per year plus Christmas and New Year’s Eve off. Your battery still needs charging? You can exchange parts of your salary for more paid vacation or you can take a sabbatical.
  • Elevate your mobility: From car and bike leasing offers to a subsidised Deutschland‑Ticket – your way is our way.
  • Think ahead: With our company pension scheme and a great insurance package we take care of your future.
