You will monitor inpatient care throughout hospital stays, support discharge planning, and provide bilingual German/English communications to patients and external stakeholders, with strong clinical documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' bedside experience in a hospital.
• Active registration to practice in Germany.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Structured, accountable, and able to work independently.
• Confident with digital systems and documentation.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
