Job summary

Velenosi&Meredith is recruiting for multilingual Customer Expert roles that can be performed remotely from Greece. These full-time positions offer 14 salaries per year, relocation support, medical insurance and company benefits. Roles cover Norwegian, Dutch, German, Danish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese and Italian language tracks.

Eligible candidates are EU citizens or hold a valid Greek residence/work permit, with remote, geographically restricted duties within Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluency in one or more listed languages for customer support.
• Experience in customer service or customer expert roles preferred.
• Proven ability to work remotely with self-discipline and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide international customer support via remote channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues and product information.
• Coordinate with global teams to resolve escalations efficiently.

Remote from anywhere in Greece
Full-time | 40 hours/week | Sept/Oct Intake
Rotational shifts | 2 days off

• €1,500 gross/month × 14 salaries
• Up to 15% productivity bonus (of your gross salary) per month × 12
• One time €450 relocation bonus after 12 months of completion

• €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries
• Up to €240 productivity bonus/month × 12
