Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Saalfeld seeks an experienced Network Planner (f/m/d) to own end-to-end supply planning across finished goods, materials and distribution, collaborating with manufacturing and supply chain teams.

You will balance customer demand, inventory and production capacity, monitor risks and drive improvements in planning processes and tools. APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification would be an advantage for practical experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning or a related field.
• Strong experience in MPS, MRP and/or DRP planning.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working across different teams and influencing stakeholders.
• The ability to communicate complex supply issues clearly and practically.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Network Planner (f/m/d) to join our team in Saalfeld.

Want to play a key role in keeping products moving through a complex global supply network?

You’ll take ownership of planning across finished goods, materials and distribution, working closely with manufacturing, supply chain teams and external suppliers to balance customer demand, inventory and production capacity.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, spotting risks early and turning data into practical decisions.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline


• Around 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning or a related field.


• Strong experience in MPS, MRP and/or DRP planning.


• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and inventory management.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Confidence working across different teams and influencing stakeholders.


• The ability to communicate complex supply issues clearly and practically.


• A proactive mindset: comfortable challenging existing ways of working and identifying improvements.


• APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification would be an advantage, but equivalent practical experience is equally valuable.
