We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Network Designer to join the team in Rome, Italy; Madrid, Spain; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Bristol, UK; London, UK or Hamburg, Germany.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with extensive expertise in Wide Area Networks (WAN), routing, and complete LAN switching (L2 & L3), coupled with a strong understanding of advanced networking protocols. In this role, you will leverage your hands‑on experience in implementing and optimizing routing across organizations to enhance our network performance.
Proficiency in key technologies such as Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), Quality of Service (QoS), Software‑Defined Wide Area Network (SD‑WAN), and encryption standards is essential. You should have a proven track record of managing large scale, complex network infrastructures, with the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot these systems effectively.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Italy, Spain, Netherlands, UK and Germany. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the respective country. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
