The Opportunity

Workfully is partnering with Impress to identify a National Orthodontist Manager to lead and elevate clinical operations across Germany.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on “player-coach” role designed for an experienced Orthodontist who combines strong leadership capabilities with a passion for patient care and operational excellence. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between global clinical standards and local market execution, ensuring an outstanding patient experience across all German clinics.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Market Oversight

• Lead and oversee clinical operations across the German market
• Ensure full compliance with local dental regulations and protocols
• Act as key liaison with German dental governing bodies
• Monitor and drive clinical KPIs, patient satisfaction, retention, and performance metrics
• Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify improvement opportunities

Clinical Excellence & Mentorship

• Provide hands-on clinical support when required, including:
• 3D scans
• dental impressions
• IPR procedures
• attachment placement
• Mentor and support orthodontic dentists across the network
• Collaborate on complex treatment plans and second opinions
• Promote high-quality patient experience and clinical standards

Quality & Process Improvement

• Ensure diagnostic accuracy and quality control standards
• Support workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards regarding equipment, organization, and clinical operations

Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Licensed Orthodontist
• Strong understanding of the German market
• Previous leadership experience, ideally within multi-site clinics or high-growth healthcare environments
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel across Germany and occasionally internationally
