Our mission is to make quantum phenomena accessible at industrial scale — so everyone can benefit from the coming quantum revolution. Join us in shaping the technology behind
tomorrow's quantum applications, today.

YOUR MISSION

As a Senior Design Engineer (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the design and RF readout of the quantum sensor. With the support of your colleagues, you will use simulations and the results of your cryogenic measurements to adapt the device to the needs of our customers. You will also work closely with the rest of the team to align sensor specifications for final deployment in QKD, quantum computing, or sensing applications.

  • Design, simulate, and optimise RF electronics for cryogenic and quantum-hardware applications.
  • Develop sensor and PCB layouts, from concept through to manufacturable design.
  • Be involved in every step, from design to setup to measurement and evaluation.
  • Work with your team members to achieve customer requirements.
YOUR PROFILE

You are a motivated and experienced physicist or engineer with a passion for quantum technology and/or integrated photonics. Your technical expertise, combined with a proactive mindset, enables you to develop innovative solutions.

  • A PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field is desirable.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong background in RF electronics design and electrical engineering.
  • Experience with cryogenic measurements and low-temperature test setups.
  • Hands-on experience is essential.
