Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Dorking / Leatherhead is seeking an experienced Roofer who also has skills in other trades. The role covers maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across Dorking, Leatherhead and surrounding areas.

You will drive 40 hours per week in a permanent position, with a company vehicle provided and overtime opportunities. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as a roofer with breadth in related trades.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Dorking, Leatherhead

Hours: 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Roofer who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!

We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Dorking, Leatherhead and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
