Generator is seeking a Multi Property Accounting Clerk for its Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, Prenzlauer Berg and Berlin Mitte & Berlin Alexanderplatz sites. You will support the Assistant Financial Controller, assist with monthly cashflows and produce property reports, while managing credit control, revenue reporting and banking tasks.

You will also handle accounts receivable/payable and perform financial analyses as part of the regional finance team, with opportunities to contribute to finance

Qualifikationen

• Have at least 3 years of work experience, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
• Qualifications or experience in Accountancy/Finance.

MULTI PROPERTY ACCOUNTING CLERK

BERLIN PRENZLAUER BERG - BERLIN MITTE & BERLIN ALEXANDERPLATZ

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our organisation as a Multi Property Accounting Clerk. As part of the Finance team, you will support the Assistant Financial Controller, support the monthly cashflow, take charge of day-to-day operations as credit control, revenue reports, banking etc. You will prepare analysis in financial areas, support the Regional Financial Controller on finance projects as required. Our ideal applicant has professional experience in a similar role.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Support the Assistant Financial Controller in the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and property reports
• Support the monthly cashflows
• Take charge of the day-to-day operations e.g. credit control, revenue reports, banking etc.
• Take responsibility for Accounts receivable and Accounts payable functions
• Prepare analysis in financial areas
• Work as a team player within the accounting team
• Support the Regional Financial Controller on finance projects as required
