- Manage onboarding/offboarding for employees and organize technical events.
- Handle user support for SAP Concur and approve travel costs.
- Process incoming inquiries and perform purchase processes.

Responsibilities
- Support Operations, Sales, Customer Service and central areas with administrative tasks. Position nationwide.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding for employees (laptops, IT logins, permissions) and organize technical events.
- Handle SAP Concur user support, approve travel costs and answer queries.
- Process incoming inquiries (phone, written, in person) and perform purchase processes (SAP ARIBA).
- Maintain timekeeping (create statistics, verify plausibility, resolve errors).
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications.
- Several years experience in comparable position desirable.
- High organizational and coordination skills plus strong communication.
- Very good German, good English in writing and spoken.
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP and SalesForce an advantage.
