  • Be the contact person for teachers interested in the product.
  • Inform and advise them about our product range.
  • Support teachers in starting and systematically using the product.
  • Coordinate feedback from customers to product managers and QA.

Your mission
  • You are the contact person for teachers who are interested or already using the product
  • You inform and advise them by phone and email about our product range
  • You support and accompany teachers when they get started and use it systematically
  • You coordinate the forwarding of customer feedback to our product managers and quality assurance
Your profile
  • Initial experience in customer service or customer support would be great
  • You are a strong communicator and the satisfaction of our teachers is important to you
  • You enjoy working independently, but are a team player with a high sense of responsibility
  • You have good written and spoken German skills - English would be nice, but not a must.
