Talon.One in Berlin is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Tribe. You’ll help evolve the systems that keep Talon.One reliable, secure, and scalable, collaborating with infrastructure, platform, and product engineers to build resilient infrastructure and automate operations.

This is a hands-on role emphasizing ownership, proactive design, and knowledge sharing. You will work with Google Cloud Platform (GKE), Docker and Kubernetes, ArgoCD, BuildKite, and data tooling to improve

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps role.
• Strong record of building and maintaining production systems at scale.
• Experience with Datadog or Prometheus for monitoring and metrics.
• Hands-on with Bash, Golang, PostgreSQL, and Git.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, improving automation and workflows.
• Expert knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, with observability and resilience best practices.
• Cloud experience (preferably GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Interest in mentoring others, sharing context, and raising the team's technical bar.
• High ownership and autonomy; able to make pragmatic decisions and follow through.
