Tintschl Technik GmbH Augsburg is seeking an IAM Microsoft Identity Engineer to design, implement, and operate Microsoft Identity solutions for national projects with Airbus as a long-term partner.

The role requires several years of IAM experience, expertise in Active Directory, LDAP, and PowerShell scripting, plus architecture development and documentation skills. Home office may be possible in coordination with clients.

• Several years of IAM and infrastructure experience
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Identity solutions (MIM & FIM), Active Directory, LDAP, and user/group management

• Advanced knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Windows Server (2016+), PowerShell scripting
• Experience with database systems, especially MS SQL
• Fluent in German and English (business level)

We are looking for a IAM Microsoft Identity Engineer, Active Directory, PowerShell to join our team in Tintschl and be part of a new project for our long-term partner Airbus.

Your Tasks

The IAM Technical Specialist will design, implement, and operate Microsoft Identity solutions within national projects.

• developing architectures
• maintaining IAM systems (monitoring, ticket handling, change requests, problem management, backup/recovery)
• updating documentation
• providing technical advice
• monitoring technologies
• supporting operational teams
• recommending improvements to designs and processes.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science)
• Several years of relevant experience in IAM and infrastructure
