Responsibilities

In the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM area, you will advise our customers on the development and design of business requirements and the associated processes, and you will take over the technical responsibility for the conception and implementation of the same at the customer.

• Technical implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions in the areas of Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Project Operations, Marketing) and Power Platform with a focus on Power Apps
• Business analysis and consulting: process consulting, requirement collection including process design with common design methods and tools
• Proxy Product Owner and technical control of DevOps teams in international projects
• Support in sales: presentation of system demos, evaluation of customer requirements, compatibility tests, and preparation of effort estimates together with the team
• Collaboration in the internal Center of Excellence for the Lufthansa Group and in the external Center of Excellence for customers outside the LH Group

Requirements

• Completed training / completed studies and relevant professional experience in the IT sector
• Knowledge of standard processes in at least one of the following modules / apps: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, or Marketing
• Practical experience in customizing or developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications, both on-premise and in the cloud, is an advantage
• Experience with agile development methods (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, DevOps, SAFe) is desirable
• Outstanding consulting competence, flexibility, and communication skills at all levels
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel for project-related activities
