The Clinic Manager at Moffitt Cancer Center is responsible for the efficient and effective management and coordination of all aspects of service delivery in each assigned clinic. The role collaborates with nurses, physicians, midlevels, administrators, and staff to provide the highest quality patient care, promoting Total Cancer Care.

Minimum education includes a Bachelor’s Degree; B.S.N. within 2 years or completion of a B.S.N.; an RN license is required; National Certification is preferred.

• BLS RN License; National Certification preferred.
• Three years progressive leadership experience in nursing; Master’s degree and two years’ experience in physician practice or ambulatory setting preferred.

We are currently seeking a Manager Clinic Operationsfor our Early Therapeutic Clinic. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management and coordination for all aspects of service delivery in each assigned clinic(s). The Clinic Manager works collaboratively with nurses, department physicians, midlevel, administrators, and staff to provide the highest quality patient care, promoting Total Cancer Care. Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree Degree Field: *B.S.N. required: *OR Completion of B.S.Nwithin 2 years of hire BLS RN License National Certification (preferred) Experience Required:Three years progressive leadership experience in nursing Preferred Experience: Master’s degree Two (2) years’ experience in a physician practice or ambulatory setting

Salary Range

$119,626.52 - $179,358.40

Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
