Job summary

avitea GmbH in Dortmund is seeking a Metal Worker (m/f/d) for an immediate start in a well-established mechanical and plant engineering company. You will weld metal parts (MAG, TIG, MIG), grind components, and manufacture project-specific parts from drawings.

You should have completed training as a locksmith or metalworker or comparable qualification, and bring reading drawings, quality awareness, independence, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Completed training as locksmith, metalworker or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience desirable.
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
• High quality awareness and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Welding of metal parts using MAG, TIG and MIG.
• Grinding of metal parts and preparation for surface finishing.
• Plastering and grinding of metal parts.
• Manufacture of project-related components according to drawings.

We are looking for a well-known company from the mechanical and plant engineering sector based in Dortmund for the next possible date for a Metal worker (m/f/d).

What awaits you

• Welding of metal parts (black steel, stainless steel, aluminum) using MAG, TIG and MIG
• Grinding of metal parts in preparation for surface finishing
• Plastering and grinding of metal parts
• Manufacture of project-related individual components according to drawings

What you should bring

• Successfully completed training as a locksmith, metalworker or comparable qualification
• Professional experience desirable
• Professional knowledge in reading technical drawings and plans
