Job summary

FrontWell Solutions GmbH is seeking a Consultant to work with clients on implementing and managing IT solutions that improve manufacturing processes. You will analyse client needs, develop tailored strategies, and support project execution with expertise in MES (PAS‑X) and ERP integration.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and are comfortable traveling for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Production Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT consulting or similar roles with exposure to MES projects.
• Solid knowledge of MES systems (e.g. PAS‑X) and ERP integration within manufacturing environments.
• Professional fluency in English and German (B2 or higher) is preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA regulations, GAMP 5).
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.

• Participate in system implementation activities such as configuration and testing to ensure functionality and quality.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance service offerings.
• Develop documentation, user guides, training materials, and SOPs for implemented solutions.
• Foster strong client relationships by providing reliable support and ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory standards.
