To support this growth, the business is hiring a (Senior) M&A Manager to join its team (Munich-based, hybrid with 2- 3 days expected in the office). As (Senior) M&A Manager, you’ll drive the acquisition of successful general practices and medical care centers into the network. You’ll manage the full deal cycle, from first contact through to signing, including negotiation and due diligence, while working closely with internal finance teams and external advisors. You’ll also present opportunities to senior leadership and the board, making this a high-impact role with visibility at the top level.
