They seek an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical and public health scope from design to handover on a flagship project in Kristiansand.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and excellent contract management to deliver on time and within budget.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage all MEP project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical and public health contractors to ensure safe, on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate design reviews, technical submissions and construction activities.
• Monitor programme milestones and identify risks to delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across client teams, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, local regulations and standards.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular updates and reports.
• Review and manage change control processes and commercial impacts.
• Support construction, commissioning and handover activities.
• Drive quality assurance and achieve project objectives.

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a flagship data centre project in Kristiansand, Norway. This position will be responsible for managing the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) scope, ensuring successful delivery from design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
• Excellent commercial and contract management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative project environment.

Desirable:

• Previous experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of commissioning processes within complex construction environments.
• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CIBSE or equivalent.
• Experience working on international projects.
