In this exciting and versatile role, you will take on the following responsibilities :

• Independent management of construction projects while considering economic and technical objectives
• Coordination of the design process in construction projects
• Optimization of designs and plans
• Involvement in the acquisition of contracts and customer relationship management
• Negotiations with clients, planners, and subcontractors
• Staff deployment planning and leadership of project and site managers as well as design coordinators
• Acting as the primary contact and advisor for our clients
