Job summary

Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Associate in Berlin to be the friendly face of our premium workplace. You will greet members, stock and maintain an inviting common area, and help create memorable experiences through events and thoughtful signage.

You’ll manage onboarding in several systems, assist with IT/wifi issues, and participate in local marketing activities. A collaborative, hands-on approach and a passion for great days at work are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and visitors, serving as the first point of contact.
• Prepare the workspace by stocking common areas and ensuring coffee/ breakfast are available.
• Manage inventory and place orders for location supplies.
• Design signage and help create memorable events for members.
• Onboard new members in multiple systems to ensure a smooth first day.
• Assist with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Support local marketing events to showcase our flexible solutions.
• Conduct site tours with the Member Experience Manager when available.

About the Role:

As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will be the heart of the member experience, truly aiming to create great days for all who enter your office. While your day may not look the same, here's what it could look like:

• Your workplace is our reception - making you the first person our members see.
• You prepare for the workday by preparing coffee and breakfast and keeping the common areas well-stocked at all times.

Requirements:

• Performing recurring tasks that require regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects (up to 12 kg).
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, stretch, and walk for extended periods.
• Operating various devices and machines, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, and other kitchen utensils.
• Assisting with food preparation and cleaning work, strictly adhering to all applicable health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Ensuring a hygienically perfect working environment at all times and consistently implementing all safety and hygiene protocols.

This role is a full-time role with 40 hours/week performed on-site five days a week. Candidates should live in or within easy reach of the city specified for this role.
