Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior software engineer to play a pivotal role in enterprise-scale backend platforms. You will work in a collaborative, self-organized team on complex, event-driven systems using .NET 8, AWS services including SNS/SQS, and Kubernetes.

You will participate in architecture discussions and drive technical decisions while mentoring teammates. The role emphasizes hands-on development, scalable design, and best practices in testing (xUnit, WireMock) and caching strategies

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with .NET, including hands-on .NET 8.
• Strong experience designing event-driven architectures using AWS SNS/SQS.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and stable environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Strong testing practices with xUnit and WireMock for integration/contract testing.
• Caching strategies using Redis or Valkey for performance-critical systems.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Proficiency with infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform for building stable, repeatable environments
• Experience with container orchestration in Kubernetes
• Strong testing practices using xUnit and WireMock for integration and contract testing
• Experience with caching strategies using Redis or Valkey for performance‑critical systems
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and contribute to collaborative architectural decisions
