You will shape how AI interprets complex biomedical information and communicates it to clinical audiences, working remotely on a flexible schedule.

Medical Science Liaison (MSL) — AI Training

We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and clinical scientists to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for life science and healthcare applications. Your deep knowledge of clinical data, medical evidence, and healthcare communication will directly shape how AI understands and communicates complex biomedical information.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness
• Validate that complex clinical trial data, safety information, and biomedical concepts are correctly interpreted and communicated
• Identify errors, misrepresentations, or gaps in AI-generated scientific narratives
• Provide structured expert feedback to improve AI model outputs in medical and life-science domains
• Apply your healthcare communication expertise to assess how well AI conveys information to clinical audiences
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications
• Hands‑on experience engaging healthcare professionals as an MSL, clinical educator, or scientific advisor
• Strong ability to interpret clinical publications, trial data, and regulatory materials
• Comfortable evaluating scientific content quality at scale
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and scientific integrity
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality review workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or language model applications in healthcare
• Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field (MD, PharmD, PhD)
