In this pivotal role, you'll lead a high-performing medical team, drive real-world evidence generation, oversee investigator-initiated studies, and contribute to strategic pipeline and launch planning. You'll work closely with commercial, regulatory, and clinical teams to bring transformative therapies to market.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead medical affairs strategy and execution for hematologic oncology
• Drive RWE and IIS programs aligned with evidence strategy
• Provide strategic input into pipeline and launch activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix environment
• Oversee PV reporting and support market access initiatives

Main requirements:

• MD, PhD, or PharmD with hematology and/or oncology expertise
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry, 2+ years in team leadership
• Strong strategic mindset and cross-functional experience
• Fluent in English and German
