Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Medical Billing and Coding specialist to support patient interactions, payment posting, and claims processing from a home-based setting. The role requires handling inquiries by phone, coding patient visits, and assisting with denials and appeals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of coding experience, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Workers’ Compensation guidelines, and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records. This is a remote full-time opportunity based in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of coding experience required.
• Previous experience with claims, payment posting, denials, appeals, and coding.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Workers’ Compensation insurance billing guidelines.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills by phone or in person.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work full days from home without interruptions.
• Must be located within a two-hour drive from Shepherdsville, Kentucky.
• Constant ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer.
• Constant use of hands for typing.
• Ability to speak by phone for at least 50% of the day.
• Certificate in Coding preferred.
