documenta and Museum Fridericianum gGmbH is seeking a Media Planning and Reporting Specialist to drive cross‑media strategy and data‑driven performance for documenta 16. The role is based in Kassel, full‑time, with a fixed-term contract ending on October 31, 2027.

You will coordinate with service providers and internal teams, manage budgets to meet KPIs, and deliver automated reports and dashboards while deriving actionable insights to increase ROI for campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in media studies, business, or communication studies, or comparable training.
• Several years of professional experience in cross-media planning, ideally with some exposure to the arts or culture sector.
• Experience in media planning, performance marketing, and project management.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) as well as standard media planning tools.
• Excellent analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and the ability to visualize complex data in an understandable way.
• A sense of responsibility, as well as strong communication and intercultural skills.
• Enjoyment of conceptual work and collaborative, process-oriented teamwork as part of a large, international team.
• Interest in art and cultural discourse as well as social debates.
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications and digital communication channels.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

documenta and Museum Fridericianum gGmbH is a nonprofit organization funded by the City of Kassel and the State of Hesse as shareholders. Its responsibilities include the documenta exhibition, which takes place every five years, the Fridericianum, the documenta archive, and the documenta Halle.

As an internationally renowned exhibition of contemporary art, documenta stands for discourse, diversity, and social relevance. We are seeking a dedicated individual to handle strategic media planning and data-driven performance measurement for documenta 16.
