TEEMA seeks a Mechanical Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join a growing mechanical engineering team supporting diverse commercial projects. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with hands-on Revit experience and HVAC/plumbing design expertise.

Hybrid schedule with local candidates (3 days onsite / 2 days remote); remote with travel to project sites is possible.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Approximately 3–5 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Hands-on Revit experience required; Bluebeam experience highly preferred.
• HVAC and plumbing design experience.
• FE/EIT certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and support HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial building projects.
• Work with equipment such as air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, and compressors.
• Perform engineering calculations, equipment sizing, system layouts, and technical documentation.
• Develop and coordinate designs using Revit and Bluebeam.
• Support construction documents, submittals, RFIs, and construction administration.
• Participate in site visits and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Work closely with senior engineers while taking on increasing project responsibility.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join a growing mechanical engineering team supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with 3–5 years of experience who wants exposure to a variety of project types, strong mentorship, and clear opportunities for growth. Projects include retail, office, higher education, aviation, quick-service restaurants, and other commercial facilities.

What You’ll Do

Design and support HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial building projects.

Work with equipment such as air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, and compressors.

Perform engineering calculations, equipment sizing, system layouts, and technical documentation.

Develop and coordinate designs using Revit and Bluebeam.

Support construction documents, submittals, RFIs, and construction administration.

Participate in site visits and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

Approximately 3–5 years of mechanical engineering experience.

Commercial building experience strongly preferred.

Hands‑on Revit experience required; Bluebeam experience highly preferred.

HVAC and plumbing design experience.

FE/EIT certification preferred.

Strong communication, collaboration, and client-service skills.

Remote candidates may be considered if they can travel approximately 1–3 days per month for site visits and office collaboration.
