Qualifikationen

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring that production orders are completed on time, on budget, and to specification
• Planning and controlling the deployment of staff, machinery, and material in manufacturing
• Technical leadership and development of the shop floor team
• Close cooperation with design engineering, work scheduling, and production management
• Ensuring smooth workshop operations — including hands-on work of your own
• Monitoring quality standards, occupational safety, and order in your area
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes

Your Profile

• Completed technical vocational training in metalworking plus further qualification as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience with welded structures and sheet metal fabrication
• Experience leading shop floor personnel
• Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills as well as a team-oriented mindset
• Organizational talent, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent German (spoken and written)
• Good MS Office skills
• Driving license class B
