To support this project, we are seeking for an experienced, data driven, and highly customer focused Master Data Management Expert to join the Business Process Management team. This position will be crucial to the success of C&A's most significant digital transformation to date.
• Be one of the main drivers for definition, alignment and implementation of master data structures and processes within a huge transformation project
• Define, develop, and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, policies, and standards for an end-to-end (E2E) MDM implementation, establishing European harmonized MDM processes and systems based on industry standards to optimize business operations
• Serve as the process owner for your domain(s), ensuring compliance with guiding principles and standards
• Translate business process proposals into and validate feasibility of E2E process and system integration
• Drive process simplification and maximize the value of products within scope (for data domains product, location and business partner)
• Execute integration (and partially user acceptance) testing, develop training documentation, and fulfill 1st/2nd level support for related systems and processes
• Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, project managers and senior staff members to ensure delivery of change process or system implementation in time cost and quality
