Start To Finish Consulting GmbH is assisting a Berlin-based e-commerce company in finding a hands-on Marketplace Manager to own Amazon Seller Central and expand to additional European marketplaces.

The role emphasizes real marketplace operations, problem solving, process improvement, and scaling day-to-day marketplace activities with a focus on data-driven optimization and AI-driven automation.

Qualifikationen

• Around 3+ years of relevant marketplace or e-commerce experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience managing an Amazon Seller account operationally.
• Good knowledge of listings, Account Health, product data, marketplace cases, pricing and availability.
• Hands-on mindset and the ability to drive problems to resolution.
• Structured, analytical and pragmatic way of working.
• Strong technical affinity and interest in AI and automation tools.
• Fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations.
• Take ownership of Account Health, listings, product data, pricing and availability.
• Resolve marketplace cases, blocked or suppressed listings and operational issues.
• Manage promotions, coupons and marketplace campaigns.
• Oversee product feeds and marketplace integrations.
• Troubleshoot feed, data and platform-related issues.
• Support and further develop marketplaces such as Kaufland and Galaxus.
• Support launches into new marketplaces and countries.
• Work closely with internal teams, fulfilment partners and external service providers.
• Identify repetitive processes and improve them through AI, automation and smarter tools.

Our client is an established Berlin-based e-commerce company with an international team and a large product portfolio in the consumer electronics accessories space.

They are looking for a hands‑on Marketplace Manager(gn) to take ownership of Amazon Seller Central and help further develop additional European marketplaces.

This is not a pure PPC or strategy role. The focus is on real marketplace operations, problem solving, process improvement and keeping day‑to‑day marketplace business stable and scalable.
