Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Neuss | with immediate effect

Your Tasks

• Further development and optimization of the Garlock Europe webshop, including search functionality, quote builder, UX/UI, content structures, and feature rollouts
• Managing and implementing SEO and GEO initiatives, as well as creating and integrating landing pages for eCommerce‑driven lead generation
• Creating, maintaining, and providing marketing and eCommerce content, including product data, texts, images, certificates, downloads, banners, and training materials
• Planning, executing, and coordinating online and offline marketing campaigns, including the annual marketing mix
• Overseeing all digital channels, especially the website, content platforms, and SEO (and social media, where applicable)
• Using analytics tools and KPIsto evaluate website performance, user behavior, leads, and optimization potential

Your Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment
• Strong experience in digital marketing, content management, SEO, and eCommerce‑related topics
• Confident handling of CMS systems(e.g., WordPress) and a basic understanding of web technologies
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; Premiere is a plus)
• Proven experience in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
• Strong organizational and project management skillswith an analytical mindset
