The central marketing team is a group within ManageEngine, dedicated to marketing world class enterprise IT solutions, across 190 countries. We are seeking a talented, self‑motivated, and dedicated marketing associate to join our Europe marketing team and work on innovative marketing campaigns and strategies. The ideal candidate will need to have a data‑driven approach and will need to get hands‑on to accomplish tasks.

The candidate should be open to travel (domestic and international), and may have to accommodate collaboration in global time zones occasionally.

Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following :

Develop a strong understanding of Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategies and best practices to drive effective marketing initiatives.

Write high‑quality, tailor made SEO web content. Design and implement email marketing campaigns. Analyze data for continuous improvement of campaigns.

Develop and execute marketing strategies for channel partners to support their business requirements and learn / share best practices.

Conceptualise effective advertisements with copies to create brand awareness, promote brand loyalty, and improve recall.

Develop content for blogs, thought leadership articles, industry stories - and liaise with the PR team to get it published in the right mediums. Also develop creative infographics, corporate presentations, webinars, and creative videos.

Localise global content to fit regional contexts, including repurposing existing materials, translating English content into German, and reviewing translated content.

Design and implement co‑marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions with channel partners to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and training sessions to educate and engage potential customers and channel partners. Track and analyse marketing performance, using data‑driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.

Identify and engage with prospective end‑user and reseller communities, adding more avenues for new business growth.

Create and distribute sales enablement materials for the sales team and channel partners, including sales decks, product brochures, email templates, and case studies.

Manage and grow the company’s presence on all relevant social media platforms through strategic content planning and execution.

Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to keep our channel marketing efforts competitive.

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales / channel enablement and regional marketing. Experience in B2B / high‑tech products / services is preferred

Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, and marketing automation platforms

Proven experience writing high‑quality blogs and articles

Bilingual proficiency in English and German (for content creation, translation, and collaboration)

Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail

Preferred qualifications

Experience in the online / digital marketing / advertising industry

At least 2 years of marketing or product management experience in the internet, software, media, and high‑tech industries

Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution

Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives

The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously

Requirements

5 to 8 years of proven experience in areas such as OpenTelemetry standards, distributed systems, AI / ML‑driven performance bottleneck detection, Docker and containerization technologies, and network infrastructure management (implementation, configuration, or pre‑sales). Strong communication and presentation abilities along with fluency in German. Ability to handle customer objections and technical queries confidently. Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities. Hands‑on experience with comparable tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Solar winds, Datadog, Grafana, New relic, PRTG, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Google Cloud Operations tools or equivalent platforms is required. Certifications around Cloud Architect Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP), SRE certifications, CCNA,CCNP certifications could be a value add.
