Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack (HubSpot primary)
  • Streamline workflows and ensure alignment with sales & business development
  • Maintain data quality integrations & GDPR compliance across platforms
  • Support campaign execution with setup segmentation & tracking
  • Evaluate & implement AI tools to increase efficiency and performance

Must haves
  • 35 years in marketing operations / technology (B2B SaaS / lead gen)

  • Strong analytical skills with GA Tag Manager Looker Studio
  • Solid understanding of lead lifecycle and CRM processes
Nice to haves
  • Salesforce or Marketo experience
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS basics
  • Experience with AI tools in marketing workflows
  • ESG or sustainability industry background
