Size and functions of local team : 400 FTE 300 in Germany 30 in Marketing
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack (HubSpot primary)
- Streamline workflows and ensure alignment with sales & business development
- Maintain data quality integrations & GDPR compliance across platforms
- Support campaign execution with setup segmentation & tracking
- Evaluate & implement AI tools to increase efficiency and performance

Must haves
- 35 years in marketing operations / technology (B2B SaaS / lead gen)
- Native German & fluent English
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (automation workflows reporting)
- Strong analytical skills with GA Tag Manager Looker Studio
- Solid understanding of lead lifecycle and CRM processes
Nice to haves
- Salesforce or Marketo experience
- Knowledge of HTML / CSS basics
- Experience with AI tools in marketing workflows
- ESG or sustainability industry background
