For our client, a well-known American software company, we are currently hiring a Marketing Manager (f/m/d) in Munich for 11 months with option to be extended/take over.

Tasks:
  • Work closely with the local Enterprise Sales Team, be their first point of contact and align marketing campaigns to business and Sales team priorities
  • Plan, design, execute and analyse Demand Marketing campaigns across all inbound and outbound channels for the Enterprise and Major Account segment
  • Arrange and execute digital and in-person events
  • Identify and develop new marketing opportunities based on customer, partner and sales feedback
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Project-manage all campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring they meet the target objectives
  • Review localisation of content and marketing assets
  • Report on campaign ROI and provide recommendations to key stakeholders
Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant B2B Marketing experience within a High-Tech company
  • Solid understanding of development and execution of integrated campaigns
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills in English and German
  • Excited about elevating events experiences for Enterprise and Major Accounts
  • Enthusiastic AI user in Marketing
  • Track record of managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
  • Enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic with a 'can do' attitude
  • Objectivity & openness to others' views while continuously building a positive team spirit
  • Ability to deliver on time while achieving or exceeding business goals
  • Experience in building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce + Tableau

For this role the working contract is done through our agency with option to be extended/take over.
