BioTalent is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities across Europe for a hospital-focused portfolio. You will work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs and external partners to deliver compliant, high-impact campaigns.

This hands-on role involves multichannel campaigns, digital content creation, and close collaboration with internal teams. German language skills are highly desirable and flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or related field.
• 2–3 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience.
• Experience with digital content, prescription products or regulated environments.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and stakeholder management.

The role

This is a hands‑on marketing role where you’ll lead brand activity across European markets, working closely with Sales, Medical Affairs and external partners to deliver compliant, high‑impact campaigns.

What we’re looking for

• Two to three years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
• Experience in digital content, prescription products or regulated environments.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent English; German language skills are highly desirable.
