About the Opportunity:

Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is recruiting on behalf of a global MedTech innovator seeking a Marketing Manager for its Pharmacy Automation division across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region.

This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of healthcare technology, commercial strategy, and customer engagement. You will lead the go-to-market strategy for pharmacy automation solutions, driving regional growth through segmentation, targeted campaigns, and deep collaboration with sales, product management, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for pharmacy automation products across multiple customer segments (retail pharmacies, wholesalers, and packaging centers).

• Partner with sales and product teams to define target markets, create compelling messaging, and manage omnichannel campaigns.

• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and KOLs to gather market feedback and strengthen brand influence.

• Analyze customer insights and market data to guide segmentation, targeting, and campaign performance.

• Support the setup and execution of regional and local marketing initiatives, events, and trade shows.

• Track performance through KPIs and analytics dashboards to ensure measurable impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 57 years of marketing experience, ideally within the medical device, technology, or retail sectors.

• Strong background in CRM systems, data analytics, and campaign management.

• Experience managing KOL relationships and partner programs.

• Fluent in English; German proficiency strongly preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% across the CEE region.
