📄 Employment Type: Freelance - Part-time (25 hours per week)

About the Role

Timeleft keeps growing, with 50+ countries launched in under a year and 3+ new products and features in the last 6-months. To sustain this growth and secure local relevancy everywhere, we are looking for our Local Marketing & GTM Manager - DACH & CEE.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Executing all local marketing activities in the assigned geographies.
  2. Contributing to the local GTM strategy by providing local market insights and co-owning market expansion, product launches, and segment-specific initiatives with the Global Head of GTM.

You are the local expert for your markets, ensuring that Timeleft’s global brand feels authentic and relevant locally, while also enabling the successful rollout of global and local strategies.

You report directly to the Global Head of GTM.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. 1. Local Marketing Execution
    Secure delivery and relevancy everywhere.
  2. Localization: adapt all Timeleft’s assets (landing page, stores, product, crm).
  3. Influence Marketing: activate local influencers.
  4. Content: make sure our Ads creatives are relevant to your markets.
  5. Local campaigns: align local marketing calendar and campaigns with Global initiatives.
  6. CRM: localize newsletter and push; ensure relevance in messaging.
  7. Activations: design and deliver local activations (OOH, events, affiliate programs, top-user engagement).
  8. Brand Partnerships & Media: manage inbound requests and, where relevant, develop outbound opportunities for local brand partnerships and earned media.
2. Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with Global Brand, Paid, Influence, CRM, UGC, and Creative teams.
  • Partner with Local Ops to execute activations on the ground.
  • Manage freelancers and agencies in your markets if needed.
  • Report on impact of local initiatives with your KPIs.
3. After 3-months, contribute to the GTM Strategy

Act as the local expert and inform our GTM Strategy.

  • Territories GTM: provide market insights and inform our market entry and market expansion.
  • New Products GTM: help roll out new events and products in your geographies.
  • Feedback Loop: secure continuous flow of local insights into the global GTM team.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Strong execution skills in local marketing (influence, creatives, CRM, media, activations).
  • Sharp cultural sensitivity and ability to localize global campaigns.
  • Data literacy: ability to track performance, understand adjusted ratios, and report clearly.
  • Collaboration: comfortable working cross-functionally and with remote teams.
  • Autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset: can operate with ownership in your markets.
  • Creative mindset balanced with structured execution.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3–5+ years in marketing roles with local or regional responsibility.
  • Proven experience with influence and digital marketing in your geography.
  • Experience running local activations / partnerships is a plus.
  • Fluent in German; professional English.
Bonus
  • Proficient in another language from the region.
  • Previous experience in mobile app marketing.
