AVOMIND invites a Marketing Erasmus+ Intern for a 3‑month program in Berlin. You will support internal marketing, build campaigns, and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.

The role offers hands‑on experience in digital marketing, employer branding, and business development within an international team. You’ll work in a flexible hybrid setup with regular collaboration from the Berlin office.

We are now looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Erasmus+ Intern to join our team in Berlin. This 3-month internship is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in digital marketing, employer branding, content creation, and international business development.

What will you do?

You will support AVOMIND’s internal marketing activities and help strengthen our online presence and communication.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and improving email marketing templates and outreach campaigns
• Supporting internal marketing and employer‑branding initiatives
• Creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other communication channels
• Responding to social media comments and direct messages
• Supporting the organization and promotion of on‑site events
• Conducting regular competitor and social media analysis
• Researching relevant platforms, rankings, communities, and partnership opportunities
• Supporting bulk outreach campaigns to external platforms and potential partners
• Creating simple visual content using Canva
• Assisting with other marketing and communication projects based on business needs
• Sharing new ideas to improve AVOMIND’s marketing activities and online presence

What are we looking for?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Native or fluent French, Dutch, or German is a strong advantage
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence using Canva and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
• Ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously
