Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Frankfurt Production Ownership

You will progressively take ownership of marketing and communications production based in Frankfurt, acting as a day‑to‑day execution partner for local stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Product, and Marketing.

Responsibilities include:

• Translating business inputs into polished, client‑ready outputs
• Supporting index announcements, operational updates, and related website materials
• Coordinating timelines, dependencies, and cross‑functional workflows
• Ensuring all materials are delivered accurately, on time, and to a consistently high standard
• Serving as a quality checkpoint before internal and external distribution
• Maintaining organized templates, files, and version control

You will support the Sales and Client Service teams by producing and maintaining high‑quality client materials and event collateral.

Responsibilities includes:

• Client presentations, pitch decks, factsheets, and brochures
• Customized materials for meetings, roadshows, and conferences
• Marketing support for global events, including logistics coordination and collateral production
• Ensuring materials are updated, tailored, and aligned with brand standards

This provides direct exposure to institutional client engagement and how a global index business supports distribution across markets.

Marketing Communications & Research Content Execution

In collaboration with Research and Marketing, you will help translate complex index methodologies and market themes into compelling, accessible content.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing website content, newsletters, campaign materials, and thought‑leadership updates
• Supporting email campaign formatting and content publishing
• Assisting with basic SEO hygiene
• Designing professional materials using PowerPoint, Canva, and related tools
• Applying templates and visual standards to enhance clarity and usability

Supporting short‑form video editing when required

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Qualifications

• Experience working in production‑oriented environments (marketing, consulting, professional services, or similar)
• Strong presentation and layout skills, particularly in Canva and PowerPoint
• Experience with basic video editing tools and workflows
• Excellent written English required; German and additional languages are a strong plus
• High attention to details and comfort working with technical or investment‑related content

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, asset management, ETFs, or professional services
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and basic analytics
• Experience supporting Operations or Sales teams with client‑facing materials
• Basic familiarity with YouTube content and YouTube Ads

Education and/or Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing communications, sales support, or B2B marketing
