Jobtailor in Düsseldorf, Germany is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to manage local MC administration and collaborate with the global Digital team to drive automation and communications. You will design retention flows, progressive profiling, and consent management, while creating KPI reports and templates across Sales/Service Cloud.

The role requires independence and fluent English, with experience in B2B and B2C contexts.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience building and scaling automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Content Hubs and staged profiling of subscribers preferred.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C contexts.
• Strong knowledge of data protection for online communications.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English.
