AP Sensing GmbH in Böblingen is seeking a Marketing Communications & Event Specialist to lead events, content creation, and brand initiatives. You will collaborate with an international team to enhance marketing impact and drive lead development.

The role requires strong German and English skills, proficiency in MS Office and design tools, and a customer-focused, proactive mindset. On-site work at our Böblingen headquarters offers diverse perks and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken German (C2) and English (C1).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and CMS.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing communications and marketing automation, preferably in an international B2B environment.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and organize events such as tradeshows, conferences and webinars
• Promote and support the company-wide implementation of the brand identity and corporate design guidelines
• Manage and organize marketing materials (printed materials, trade show materials, giveaways, employee and work apparel, etc.)
• Develop compelling content - text, photos, graphics, and videos - for our marketing materials (e.g., case studies, brochures, flyers, banners), website, and social media
• Assist in the acquisition and systematic development of qualified leads through targeted marketing measures (lead generation and lead nurturing)

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our global team as a Marketing Communication & Event Specialist located at our headquarters in Böblingen. We are looking to fill this position at the earliest possible date.

• Plan and organize events such as tradeshows, conferences and webinars

Your Profile

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
• Ideally 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing communications and marketing automation, preferably in an international B2B environment
