Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Occupational Safety, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or safety management within a retail environment.
• Loss Prevention Certification (LPC) and W/Z Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, safety regulations and investigation techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in loss prevention technologies and safety management systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.

• Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections across all locations within the market.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses for accidents, thefts, and policy violations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Deliver safety training and education programs for employees, emphasizing hazard awareness and injury prevention.
• Provide guidance and support to store managers on loss prevention and safety initiatives.
• Partner with HR, legal, and operations teams to address internal investigations and ensure fair resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and community organizations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for loss prevention and safety matters within the market.
• Drive safety culture and injury reduction across center store, services and veterinary services partners.
• Ensure safe shopping environment for customers and reduce general liability claims.
• Drive Workplace Violence awareness and respond quickly to threats or trends.
