• Great attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy and timeliness
• Competency in Productivity and Project Management Software applications including MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, et al.
• Capable of maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
• Passion and knowledge of the musical instrument business
• Black belt six sigma certification is a plus
