TYTAN Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing & Production Technician to hands-on manufacture, assemble, and test UAVs and subsystems, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance. You will plan production, support flight tests, and collaborate with engineers to translate designs into production-ready drones.

Ideal candidates have an apprenticeship with 1+ years of experience, know additive manufacturing, CNC, and UAV electronics, and are fluent in English (German a plus).

Qualificações

• Completed apprenticeship or craftsman training in a relevant field with 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in additive manufacturing, laser cutting, CNC machining, sheet metal work, soldering and spot welding.
• Working knowledge of UAV-specific electronics, avionics, and related components.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and execute hands-on manufacturing, assembly, and testing of UAVs and subsystems.
• Plan and coordinate production activities to meet project deadlines and requirements.
• Support flight testing to validate performance, reliability, and system integration.
• Develop and implement methods to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and traceability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into production-ready UAVs.
• Define and enhance the R&D lab setup for a safe, efficient, flexible UAV development environment.
• Maintain lab organization, equipment readiness, and safety compliance.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Define and enhance the R&D lab setup to ensure a safe, efficient, and highly flexible environment for UAV development
• Maintain lab organization, equipment readiness, and adherence to safety standards

• Completed apprenticeship or craftsman training in a relevant field with 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in additive manufacturing, laser cutting, CNC machining, sheet metal work, soldering, and spot welding
• Working knowledge of UAV-specific electronics, avionics, and related components
• Skilled at sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating material procurement
• Balances creative, out-of-the-box thinking with practical, long-term solutions to address both immediate and future needs
• Highly self-organized, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality with solid multitasking and self-organization abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
